All you require is a computer, tablet, or mobile with a good internet connection. So you can see the lessons clearly, we do recommend a tablet or computer. We also require that you use a headset or earbuds, with a microphone. This provides better sound quality and prevents sound feedback during the class.
If you wish to have a video class, where you can see and be seen by the teacher, you will need a webcam.
This site is for adult learners, 18+, who need to improve and build on their current levels of English. Most learners are from pre-intermediate (A2) to advanced (C1) levels.

We have lesson plans for individuals, Groups, and Corporate learners.
Yes, all the teachers are native English Speakers.
For informal conversation classes, you can choose between 30 or 60-minute classes.
For individual classes with lesson plans are 60 minutes
Corporate classes are 60 minutes or 90 minutes in length
Group classes are 60 minutes or 90 minutes in length.
You can have a class as often as you wish.
Most students have one or two classes a week, but some need very intensive schedules to progress rapidly, so choose to have them several times a week.
We like to give our learners as much flexibility as possible, so you may use the booking calendar to book an available time.
You may also arrange with your teacher to have the same time and day every time you come to class.
Corporate students and group classes usually arrange the same time and day.
Yes, it is very easy to cancel a class. You just have to inform us at least 24 hours in advance and your class will not be counted. Group classes can only be canceled as a group.

Yes, you can reschedule if there is another time available during that week. You need to arrange the reschedule at least 24 hours in advance by emailing email@example.com. We will try to find a solution that suits your needs.
Group classes can only be rescheduled as a group.
If at any time you need to take a break from your scheduled lesson please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org. at least 24hours in advance.
We recommend a speed of 10mbps to ensure a stable connection between student and teacher.
Packages of 5 lessons must be completed within 3 months and packages of 10 or more must be completed within 6 months unless other prior arrangements have been made. If you need to discuss this please email email@example.com BEFORE the end of the expiry term.
Yes of course. You just have to email us your personal or company details and we will send your invoice by email in 1-2 working days.
A maximum of 4 learners. Corporate groups should be from the same Company to allow free conversation. Groups can also be a couple or a group of friends as long as all are at about the same level of English.
